How to order
Order is processed as below:
Before Ordering : measure your body (How to measure : click HERE)
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Fill in the order form (with written by measure body size)
Step 4: Proceed with payment.
* If you enter invalid information (address, ZIP code, phone number) and proceed with payment, the payment will not be completed.
Step 5: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
* We will start making costumes after checking your order. There is no cancellation or refund after confirmation.
Step 6: You can receive your costumes in about 2-3weeks.

Custom costumes are made after confirmation of order.
After order form confirmation, exchange, refund are not possible.
