FAQ


1. Can I change dress color?

You cannot change the color of the dress 


2. Can I go to the store?

BERIT is online store. You will not be able to visit.

3. Is it possible to Exchange?
We do not offer an Exchange service. (customized dress)

4. Can I refund?
We will start making the costumes you ordered next day.
Costume production starts, you will not be able to refund. please be careful ordering.

5. Where do you ship my order from?

We ship all orders from our Manufacturers in South Korea. BERIT is a virtual store: all items on sale can be seen and purchased directly online. And in case you were wondering… no, the manufacturers is not open to the public.


6. What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:

- Check the order status: in the My Orders section for registered users; or by entering the Order Number from the confirmation e-mail in the Track your Order page

- Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct

- In the case of a missed delivery please contact the UPS


7. Can I choose a delivery date/hour?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and hour.

You can try to contact the UPS(www.ups.com) directly to organize a possible delivery date.


8. Why can't I complete my order?

Please check that you have correctly entered the data for your selected method of payment. If you are paying with a credit card and the problem persists, we suggest contacting your Credit Card Issuer.


9. Why did you charge me twice even though I placed only one order?

BERIT guarantees that your credit card will be charged only once for the amount of an order. It is possible that the amount may be shown twice on your statement: the first entry corresponds to the payment authorization request that is made when you place the order; the second confirms the actual charge.


10.Why is the amount I paid different from the amount of my order?

The amount paid is lower when, at the moment the order is dispatched, one or more of the articles is not available; the charged amount will correspond exclusively to the value of the articles that were effectively shipped.


11. Quality

We are thus able to offer you a selection of authentic products of the highest quality.

Before being published for sale online, each item is subject to scrupulous checks by a team of experts to guarantee it meets our high quality standards. If the product passes this inspection, it is fitted with a security seal protecting it against possible counterfeiting attempts.
